How To Convert HTML to Text Based PDF
If you need a real PDF that can be copied and pasted from and not just an HTML page printed as .pdf with text that is not selectable. This is an excellent solution, just install wkhtmltopdf
wkhtmltopdf input.html output.pdf
After that you'll have a clean .pdf file that you can share.
If you have .css files you will need to enable this flag:
--enable-local-file-access
