OpenVZ Quick Install Copy & Paste for Centos 6

yum -y install wget
wget -P /etc/yum.repos.d/ http://ftp.openvz.org/openvz.repo
rpm --import http://ftp.openvz.org/RPM-GPG-Key-OpenVZ
yum -y install vzkernel vzctl

After that just reboot and you may also have to enable ip_forward in /etc/sysctl.conf
