sudo /etc/init.d/vmware-mgmt restart
Stopping VMware management services:
   VMware Virtual Infrastructure Web Access
   VMware Server Host Agent                                           failed
Starting VMware management services:
   VMware Server Host Agent (background)                               done
   VMware Virtual Infrastructure Web Access

Solution - Restart vmware-mgmt and enable sslv2 in Firefox

Firefox - about:config
Set this to true:

security.enable_sslv2

Then restart Firefox and you'll be good to go.
