clamav freshclam out of date won't update solution
freshclam
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).

cd /var/lib/clamav/
sudo rm daily.cld
After deleting the above it will actually succeed and update
